Andrew has been in financial services for over eight years, and has extensive experience in various guises advising individuals and companies on how to protect and make the best use of their financial assets. Andrew was initially involved in corporate pension advice before transitioning to personal financial planning; advising individuals, families and trusts.
Andrew attained his qualifications over a four year period whilst working in the West Midlands, prior to returning to Scotland in 2018. He is well qualified and holds a range of professional certifications, including Chartered Financial Planner, Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, Pension Transfer Specialist, he is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment and he is an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Andrew joined French Duncan in July 2019. He enjoys helping clients throughout Scotland with their financial future, instilling confidence and simplifying their affairs.
As a Pension Transfer Specialist, Andrew is well placed to advise on all manner of corporate or individual pension schemes. He also had a keen interest in investment theory and is passionate about ensuring clients are invested appropriately and sensibly, fully capturing the growth opportunities open to them.
Andrew focuses on lifestyle financial planning and cashflow modelling to work towards a client’s key life goals, rather than on financial products. Combined with the tax expertise of the wider French Duncan firm, clients can rest assured all of their financial needs are being handled effectively and professionally.
