Louise is a highly experienced and qualified HR specialist who leads French Duncan HR Services. With over 10 years experience in HR, Louise has a Masters in HR Management, a law degree and is a chartered member of the CIPD and a trained ACAS mediator.

Lois is an experienced HR Specialist in HR and Employment Law Compliance, and provides exceptional support to FDHR clients:

  • She graduated in Law and HR, has a Postgraduate Diploma (with Merit) in Human Resource Management and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
  • Upon graduating, Lois worked in a larger external consultancy for a number of years, providing HR and Employment Law Advice to clients in a range of sectors.
  • On joining FDHR in 2014, Lois has worked with Louise to provide HR Advice and Guidance and Project Support to clients.   She has developed particular experience in implementing a wide range of HR projects for clients, along with the delivery of on site training to line managers.
