James is an experienced professional in human resources and employment law compliance, and provides exceptional support to French Duncan's HR clients:
He graduated with a degree in Human Resources Management and Marketing, has a Level 7 Advanced Award in Employment Law and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. Currently, James is continuing his professional development by studying to obtain a Masters degree in Human Resources Management.
Upon graduating, James worked in an internal HR role for a national construction company, before moving to a larger external consultancy for a number of years, where he provided HR and employment law advice to clients in a wide range of sectors.
On joining FDHR in 2020, James has worked with the rest of the HR team to provide human resources advice, guidance and bespoke project support to clients.
