Andrew is an experienced professional in human resources and employment law compliance, and provides exceptional support to French Duncan's HR clients.
Having graduated with a degree in politics and history, with a special focus on “Making and Managing Public Policy”, Andrew joined the British Medical Association’s employer advisory service. He spent several years in this advisory position gaining a wide range of invaluable experiences in the fields of HR and Employment Law.
To further widen his understanding of HR, Andrew opted to take an internal HR position with a national facilities management company.
In 2020, Andrew completed his post graduate diploma in Employment Law.
This qualification combined with the wide range of experiences in both the advisory and internal side of HR meant that Andrew was of the right calibre for the French Duncan HR team.
On joining FDHR in 2021, Andrew has worked with the rest of the HR team to provide human resources advice, guidance and bespoke project support to clients.
