If you have employees that do not intend to stay in the UK and will not be applying for settled status or pre settled status, as of the 1st of July 2021 this employee would no longer be able to work for you.
Regardless of whether the employee advises you they intend to stay or leave this summer, you must provide them with written notification of the requirement to have confirmation of settled or pre-settled status by the 30th June 2021.
