In response to the unprecedented developments with COVID-19 in the UK, French Duncan firstly wishes to take this opportunity to reassure all our clients we are here to support you in what is likely to be an extremely challenging time for all businesses and their staff. 

Furthermore, we wanted to reassure clients that we have a robust business continuity plan in place to ensure we are able to continue to operate and service your needs.

French Duncan have been pioneers in accounting technology for a number of years, operating leading edge technology solutions within our business and for our clients, and this strategy enables us to ensure we can deliver the same excellent service remotely.  In particular:

  • We operate a fully web based system which can be accessed by all staff remotely so we are as effective as we are in the office;
  • We have call diversion facilities we will put in place so you can speak to your usual contacts as normal even if they are not in the office; and
  • We have state of the art video conferencing and tele-conferencing facilities so we are able to communicate with you effectively where face to face meetings are not possible.

We will continue to monitor and follow guidance, and put in place sensible practices to protect our staff and our clients from the spread of the virus, and we will be in touch with clients on this as required.

We recognise COVID-19 will present difficulties for business, and we will stand united with and support you in responding to these challenges.
