Administering your payroll can be time consuming and burdensome, diverting energy and resources from the core activities of your business. And the task is made all the more difficult by the growing complexity of taxation and employment legislation and the accompanying regime of penalties for non-compliance. Auto-Enrolment Services

All business owners, regardless of the size of their business, will be aware that the staging date for auto-enrolment is edging closer every day. Preparing for your staging date can be a stressful and time consuming exercise, and one that many employers have been putting off. Legislation states that as an employer you must be prepared at your staging date to auto enrol all eligible employees into a qualifying pension scheme. This will involve setting up an automatic enrolment pension and then assessing each of your employees at staging date for their eligibility. Once assessed you need to communicate to each employee how they have been assessed and what this means for them in relation to auto enrolment.

Once the staging date has passed you will then need to continually assess those employees who have not been auto enrolled and upload a pension contribution feed to your chosen pension providers website, every time you pay your employees.
