The Business Recovery and Insolvency Division of French Duncan LLP is headed up by Eileen Blackburn. Eileen is supported by Brian Milne, Partner as well as 35 staff across three offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Hamilton.
In our long established Business Recovery team we pride ourselves on our ability to provide a full range of services to assist individuals, partnerships and companies. The team has been able to advise and rescue those businesses and individuals who have sought advice at an early stage. In situations where a rescue is not feasible, we are experienced in the various forms of insolvency.
