City accountancy firm appoints new IT Director

A leading Scottish accountancy firm has appointed a new director to drive forward the company’s online and cloud-based services.
French Duncan, which employs more than 200 staff and has five offices in Glasgow, Stirling, Edinburgh, Dumbarton and Hamilton – has taken on Andrew Guy as its IT director.
Andrew has a strong track record delivering IT services for the accountancy sector. Before joining French Duncan he spent 19 years at Top 20 Chartered Accountancy Firm Kingston Smith LLP. Andrew also served as Chairman of IT for the Association of Practising Accountants and as a Board member of industry body Accountancy IT Directors UK.
