Lean Manufacturing Seminar - 29th April 2015
24 March 2015
Lean Manufacturing is relevant to almost all business sectors, particularly manufacturing, service businesses, building trade, transport and haulage. We have some great speakers who will introduce ‘Lean’, explain why it matters and outline why it should be on the agenda for all firms.
The seminar will focus on a clients perspective on Lean, how they went about implementation throughout their organisation and the change in culture required to become and stay a Lean company.
Bank of Scotland are co-hosting the seminar and they will focus on why Lean matters to a bank and where they can help, including details on why banks are attracted to Lean businesses. Throughout the presentation they will highlight two or three case studies.
The Seminar will be held at our Glasgow office at 133 Finnieston Street on Wednesday 29 April at 8.00am in conjunction with Bank of Scotland and the Scottish Manufacturing Advisory Service.
