A part of a central belt corporate advisory team based within French Duncan's Edinburgh office. Advising on a variety of corporate finance assignments including acquisitions, disposals, due diligence, share valuation and fundraising.
Background
Harry joined French Duncan in 2011 after having fulfilled advisory roles within Big 4 and mid-tier firms, as well as having worked within banking. His focus is on advising the SME market and family owned businesses, with experience gained from acting on transactions within food and drink, property, timber and professional services sectors as well as other areas.
